Hawana Salalah is a 13.6-million-square-metre resort on the Arabian Sea coast of Salalah, the capital of Dhofar. Developed by Muriya — a partnership between Orascom Development and OMRAN — it combines about 1,100 hotel rooms, more than 30 restaurants and cafés, a 170-berth marina, the Hawana Aqua Park and swimmable lagoons that wind between the neighbourhoods.
Homes are grouped into distinct neighbourhoods: apartments with large terraces at Marina Bay, lagoon-front villas at Laguna Gardens, furnished waterside villas at Fanar Views, large stand-alone villas on the beach and lagoon at Signature Villas, plus island living at Forest Island and homes along the 1.6 km lagoon promenade at Hawana Lagoon. Every owner receives a Benefit Card with access to resort amenities and discounts at hotels, restaurants and the Aqua Park.
